Do you provide crew to run the sound and staging equipment, or is it a drop-off service?
Our own crew delivers, sets up, and operates the equipment on the day. Sound levels, mic changeovers, and stage logistics are handled live by our team rather than left running unattended.
What's included in sound equipment hire?
Sound hire typically includes PA systems (line array or point source), a mixing console, wireless microphones, and monitor wedges, sized to the room and the event. The exact setup is built around your venue, audience size, and run of show.
What's included in staging hire?
Staging hire includes modular stage decks, aluminium trussing, podiums or lecterns, and stage steps with handrails where needed. We size and configure the stage to the venue, factoring in sightlines and how the program will run.
Can you supply audio visual and lighting without booking sound and staging as well?
Yes. Audio-visual equipment and lighting can be hired on their own, though most clients book them alongside sound and staging so the whole production is coordinated by one team rather than split across suppliers.
Do you offer live streaming for events?
